Color Consultation
Service Description
Color Consultation (Required for any color service) . At the consultation we will discuss hair habits, lifestyle, and more to identify look you are going for. Test strand will be conducted. This is where a small piece of your hair is lightened to see previous history and hair health. A retainer fee of up to 50% of future service will be charged and count toward cost of appointment at the time of appointment.
Cancellation Policy
- Please reschedule at least 48 hours (2 days) before the appointment - No call/ No shows are charged 50% of the appointment. - For any reason, if something happens please inform us to reschedule to avoid the no call/ no show fees - A 10 minute grace period will be given. After 20 minutes your appointment will be reschedule. No calls, no shows will be charged 50% of service or will not be allowed to rebook. - Parking is in front or side of the building and you will have to ring door bell to enter - If you are feeling sick please stay home - Please tell me during the appointment if something is not to your liking. - All retainers (referred to as deposits) are nonrefundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within 14 days *Refunds and transfers are at the discretion of the service provider
