Service Description
Receive a professionally constructed custom wig tailored to your desired fit, length, texture, and style. Each unit is carefully created to provide a polished, natural-looking result customized to your preferences. Your appointment includes: - Wig consultation and customization - Professional head measurements - Custom wig construction - Basic unit customization - Finished and styled unit - Final fit check at pickup Please Note Hair is not included and must be provided by the client. The time you book is the drop off time for your hair. Please ensure all required bundles and closure is provided at your appointment. Completed units will be available for pickup within 3–5 business days after all hair has been received. Wig installation is not included and must be booked separately if desired.
Cancellation Policy
- Please reschedule at least 48 hours (2 days) before the appointment - No call/ No shows are charged 50% of the appointment. - For any reason, if something happens please inform us to reschedule to avoid the no call/ no show fees - A 10 minute grace period will be given. After 20 minutes your appointment will be reschedule. No calls, no shows will be charged 50% of service or will not be allowed to rebook. - Parking is in front or side of the building and you will have to ring door bell to enter - If you are feeling sick please stay home - Please tell me during the appointment if something is not to your liking. - All retainers (referred to as deposits) are nonrefundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within 14 days *Refunds and transfers are at the discretion of the service provider
