This service includes: Clarifying and moisturizing shampoo Conditioning treatment Professional blowout and silk press (if needed) Signature ponytail installation Finishing and styling Whether you're heading to brunch, a special event, or simply want a sleek, long-lasting style, this service delivers the same beautiful results as our Signature Ponytail at an exclusive Saturday price. Please Note Hair is not included. Two bundles are recommended for the fullest results. If you're unsure how much hair you'll need or whether your desired style is achievable, please contact us before booking. A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Please review all booking policies before scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
- Please reschedule at least 48 hours (2 days) before the appointment - No call/ No shows are charged 50% of the appointment. - For any reason, if something happens please inform us to reschedule to avoid the no call/ no show fees - A 10 minute grace period will be given. After 20 minutes your appointment will be reschedule. No calls, no shows will be charged 50% of service or will not be allowed to rebook. - Parking is in front or side of the building and you will have to ring door bell to enter - If you are feeling sick please stay home - Please tell me during the appointment if something is not to your liking. - All retainers (referred to as deposits) are nonrefundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within 14 days *Refunds and transfers are at the discretion of the service provider
