This is the recommended service for first-time guests and clients who receive silk presses infrequently. Your appointment includes: Clarifying and moisturizing shampoo Customized deep conditioning treatment Precision trim Professional blowout Silk press Heat protectant and professional finishing products Every appointment begins with a thorough assessment of your hair to determine its current condition and customize your treatment accordingly. Our goal is to restore moisture, remove damaged ends when needed, and leave your hair healthy, smooth, and full of movement. Recommended for: First-time guests Clients who have not received a silk press in several months Clients beginning or returning to a healthy hair journey Please Note Please review all booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

- Please reschedule at least 48 hours (2 days) before the appointment - No call/ No shows are charged 50% of the appointment. - For any reason, if something happens please inform us to reschedule to avoid the no call/ no show fees - A 10 minute grace period will be given. After 20 minutes your appointment will be reschedule. No calls, no shows will be charged 50% of service or will not be allowed to rebook. - Parking is in front or side of the building and you will have to ring door bell to enter - If you are feeling sick please stay home - Please tell me during the appointment if something is not to your liking. - All retainers (referred to as deposits) are nonrefundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within 14 days *Refunds and transfers are at the discretion of the service provider
